WEBPAGE

Summary

Development of new products & processes derived from macroalgae in the context of Macaronesian Blue Biotechnology. The main purpose is the industrial/commercial use of macroalgae washed ashore, although the use of macroalgae obtained by aquiculture is also contemplated. The project gives strong emphasis to technological transfer to industry (SMEs). It includes Universities, Research Centers & SMEs (health, agriculture, food & others).
