Common tender procedure for the conclusion of a fixed-term employment contract, with a view tofilling 1 (one) position, and which will perform duties corresponding to the category of SeniorTechnician (area of Biology or Environmental Sciences).
The employee will work at the level of Senior Technician, under the scientific supervision ofProf. Paulo A. V. Borges, Prof. Rui B. Elias and Prof. Rosalina Gabriel. V. Borges, Prof. Rui B. Eliasand Prof. Rosalina Gabriel and will have the following specific duties:
1. Management of Biodiversity Databases of Bryophytes, Vascular Plants and Arthropods using theDarwin Core language;
2. Managing arthropod and bryophyte collections;
3. Management of AZORES BIOPORTAL Infrastructure databases;
4. Management of Citizen Science platforms;
5. Event management and interaction with entities outside the project.
Academic qualifications required: Bachelor's degree, under the terms of article 34 of the LTFP,in the area of Biology, which corresponds to functional complexity level 3, in accordance with article86(1)(c) of the LTFP, with no possibility of replacing the level of qualification with training orprofessional experience.
